When will my baby rabbits open their eyes?

My rabbit had babies and they are 9 days old today their eyes aren't open yet but they have grown all their fur. When will their eyes open? My rabbit had 9 babies and she ate 2 of them (she ate the runt and one that was really pale and didnt look healthy) after she ate those 2 rabbits the next day 2 rabbits were laying out of the nest and was dead. Why did she eat those 2 and why did the other 2 die? I only have 5 rabbits left. Please answer my questions: When will they open their eyes(their 9 days old)? Why did the mom eat 2 of her babies?Why did the other 2 die they were fat and looked healthy?
