I have a male and female atiel, at what age does the female lay eggs? She is 11 months old.?

I am wondering if she will ever lay eggs. I have a nest box, and the male crouches down and makes the coo sound with his tail in the air. The female also does this. The female has bars on the tail, the male doesn't. Do I have two males, since there are no eggs yet. The male is well over 2 years old
