Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated in Ireland..only not on such a grand scale as it is in America. Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland.The miracle that he performed was in Ireland driving the snakes into the sea. It had nothing to do with England,Scotland or Wales just Ireland.
