It It Worth What He's Asking?

Is a 1994 Yamaha RT100cc worth $200? It is my uncle's and i get a "family discount"...so now it's down to $150...It is just a tiny bit rough cause he babied it the whole time he had it....and because it's ld the plastic is a little discolored and simple stuff like that...it is a 2 stroke and has 6 gears...I am just starting so this is my first dirt bike ever...i liked it...I am 12 by the way...Am i getting the deal? Thanks...
