Band with exceed..using anchor free(www.hotspotshield.com)?

whenever i try 2 connect wit it..it says bandwidth exceed...i know it means that ur limit is over of using 10GB in a month...bt i dint even use it in this month...so what should i do.....it even says u can send your details 2 them n they will let u know...is it safe to tell sum1 your .IP address
